- All refund requests must be submitted within the eligible refund period for each service category.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Refund Eligibility by Service Category
Food Delivery
- Refunds will be provided if an order is canceled before the restaurant starts preparing the food.
- If the order is incorrect, missing items, or delivered in unsatisfactory condition, a partial or full refund may be issued after review.
- Refund requests due to personal preference (taste, portion size, etc.) will not be entertained.
Grocery & Supermarket
- Refunds are eligible for damaged, expired, or incorrect items upon verification.
- Perishable items cannot be refunded once delivered unless they are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
- Refunds for non-perishable items may be requested within 24 hours of delivery, subject to approval.
Parcel Delivery
- If a parcel is not picked up or delivered due to a service failure on our part, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are not applicable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability.
E-commerce
- Refunds are allowed for defective or incorrect items upon verification.
- Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind returns.
- Customers must request a refund within 7 days of delivery and return the product in its original condition.
Pharmacy
- Refunds are only allowed for incorrect or damaged items; prescription medicines are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
